Nuytsia floribunda is a hemiparasitic tree. The rough bark is grey-brown. Flowers are a vivid yellow-orange, on inflorescences up to one metre in length, appearing between October and January. Flowers from the moodjar tree were traditionally used to make a sweet mead-like beverage. Found in WA.
