Macadamia integrifolia produces hard-shelled nuts which are prized for their high energy and fat content and are a rich source of thiamine, vitamin B6, iron, manganese, magnesium and phosphorous. The creamy textured nuts were traditionally eaten raw or roasted. Found in NSW, QLD.
