MEET THE MAKER

Kristel Britcher is an Adelaide based glass artist and designer currently working from the JamFactory Contemporary Craft and Design. Kristel graduated with first class Honours from the South Australian School of Art in 2007, and completed the JamFactory Glass Associate program in 2011, where she is currently the Head of Studio. Kristel manages both a glass design and production practice, and her artwork explores the notions of evolution and place, and her functional designs seek to push the potential of traditional hot glass processes.
