MEET THE MAKER

Born in Ballarat, Nick Doran Adams grew up surrounded by the arts. Nick studied a Bachelor of Visual Art, majoring in glass at the School of Art, ANU. Where he learned a variety of techniques to work with glass. Upon finishing his honours year in 2014, Nick joined the community at the Canberra-Glassworks. Working for a wide variety of artists, national and international. Picking up a myriad of skills which he still utilises in his practise to this day.  
After this time in Canberra, Nick moved to Melbourne in 2022 to work with Ruth Allen in her studio, located in Coburg, Melbourne.
