MEET THE MAKER

Skitty Kitty creates jewellery that is unpredictable, unconventional, unique, and bespoke.

The creator of Skitty Kitty, Janelle Gerrard, had a career spanning several decades in graphic design and is very drawn to the simplicity of mid-century modern as well as sixties fashion designers like Mary Quant, Pierre Cardin, and YSL are inspirational. The art of John Coburn, Miro, Matisse, Warhol and Calder are also favourites.

 

In July 2022, Janelle with two other female artists had an exhibition, ‘Dialogues’, at BDAS Bowral. With nature being their inspiration.
