Banksia sessilis flowers produce an abundance of honey-like nectar. The nectar was either sucked from the flower or made into a sweet drink. This beverage was either drunk fresh or fermented to produce gep, an intoxicating liquor. The liquid also had medicinal uses. Found in WA.
