In this artwork, the person with the pink hair is my mum. I gave her a long nose in this piece because sometimes she is a bit nosey. You will see a lot of blues, browns, blacks and greys surrounding her and she’s framed with two yellow and black strips. My mum is always checking that I’ve had a shower and brushed my teeth, even though I’m 36 years old! This is another reason I’ve drawn her with a long nose so that she can make sure I’m clean with a big sniff!
