Leopard Orchids (Diuris nigromontana) are vulnerable to ecosystem disruption such as blackberry proliferation. Leopard Orchids are generally found only in highly intact bushland as can be found in Black Mountain Reserve in the ACT. Their colour mimics the egg and bacon pea flower to attract legume-specialised nectar-feeding bees.
