The inset edition adds the following elements to the original etching: kurrajong leaves from the many Brachychiton populneus trees growing on the exposed limestone reefs, the vulnerable eastern bent-wing bat who nests in the local caves, and sketches of several faunal remains recovered from my excavation site, representing extinct, locally extinct, and vulnerable species.
