Life is a celebration of opposites. To experience the highs, the lows and to be shown both sides of the coin. This work demonstrates that through DBT, medication, support from my loved ones, my best friend and my yearning for knowledge, health and hard work, wellness can be achieved. Many moods and emotions are depicted in this self- portrait which I feel is the most cathartic piece I’ve ever created.
