Lani Shea-An is a multidisciplinary artist based at her studio in ANCA Dickson, Canberra. With a background in painting, her practice has expanded to include collage, drawing, printmaking and artist books. Her mixed media works weave layers of found materials into ambiguous landscapes, each carrying its own personal history. Like finding telltale shapes in clouds, these imagined landscapes reveal themselves differently to each viewer, drawing on individual memory and experience. Lani graduated with honours from ANU School of Art and Design in 2019 and has since exhibited in solo and group exhibitions across Australia and Japan.
