Their practice explores perception, memory, and the relationship between bodies and environments, and examines how we come to see and understand the world around us.\nThe Morpheus Tree series looks to the land as a product of process, memory and time. Using a fluid dynamics phenomenon known as the Saffman-Taylor Instability, April allows branching, fractal forms to emerge through material forces rather than intention to echo the growth patterns of trees, rivers and root systems.
